Dress up the two girls and the baby and while you're doing that, create a story about who they are and what they are doing. The game was created as a story about two best friends who are babysitting together. But maybe one of them is the mother? Or the are all sisters? That is one of the fun things about dress-up games, you get to make up all sorts of stories about the people in the game! :)
