The show is about the 16 year old True Jackson (played by Keke) who by a lucky chance gets a job as a vice president over a big fashion company! True is discovered as a fashion designer when she's selling sandwiches on the streets of New York and the owner of the "Mad Style" fashion brand notices her great style and cool clothes. It turns out that she is wearing "Mad Style" but has altered them to suit her own style. How cool is that?
