I just love the Friends series of dress-up games. They all have two characters that you can dress up at the same time and create stories about them in your head. Sometimes the characters have jobs, like Girlgrammers, who are programmers, and The Crew who are filmmakers or TV show creators. That's fun but games like this, Hoodie Friends, are also fun because you can have them be anything you want - which is actually the beauty of dress-up games. They are all about creating characters and stories in your mind. :)
